Execution

We observe in-place installations of building envelopes for functionality, completeness, and for compliance to construction documents, building codes, industry best practices, and ASTM standards.  We observe dwelling unit interiors for compliance with general construction standards, MEP standards, and fire rating requirements.  We record and track all non-conforming work, and track and monitor repairs until work is returned to compliance with these standards.
